Show Notes

When I started recording and airing The Context a few months ago, I didn’t very much know how the process would work.

Yes, my team would help in the process, but it would not be clear who would do what exactly, and when.It took a lot of episodes, and persistence, to learn the steps, and develop a consistent process.

Only then I was able to delegate much of the work. If this were a different periodic task, that is when the next phase would be to automate most of it.That is how it necessarily happens: you can only optimize and automate what you understand.

And you can only understand thoroughly a task through repeated execution, experiments, to map it all out, and to have a clear perception of its components, its dynamics, and its boundaries.
